Our custom built pizza oven arrives at the venue ready to bake at 900 degrees. Stoke Pizza takes 90 seconds to cook. The unique flavor stems from the organic flour imported from Italy and Colorado local grown ingredients. Stoke Pizza will offer your friends and family a culinary experience they’ll always remember!

At Stoke Pizza, our journey started with a twist of fate and a shared love for wood-fired pizza. We first crossed paths in Durango, CO, where a bustling pizzeria became more than just a workplace—it sparked a friendship that blossomed into love.

After navigating the post-college grind in different industries, we realized our hearts belonged to the thrill of crafting delicious, soul-warming food that brings people together. Thus, fueled by our passion and a craving to feed both bellies and souls, we founded Stoke Pizza. Today, we're on a mission to dish out not just incredible wood-fired pizzas, but also unforgettable moments of joy and connection at every event we cater.

This showcases the Governor's Plate Food Truck Competition at the Colorado State Fair. This is a Colorado food truck competition and program hosted by the Commissioner of Agriculture. The Governor selects his favorite dish for top honors - all dishes include Colorado ingredients! We Can't thank everyone enough for their love and support. Winning the 2023 Governors Plate Competition has made us feel beyond grateful not only for those who support us, but also those we competed alongside us.
